Central IT Call System

Engineers are working to resolve the problem and we hope to be back up and running very shortly.

Online help desk service [RESOLVED]

Our help desk service is currently offline. We anticipate that the site will be available by Monday afternoon. During this period it will not be possible to access ongoing tickets, register new calls online, or view knowledge base articles.

For assistance, please contact us either by email or by calling our office using the normal channels.

Web Services [RESOLVED]

A fault has developed with PHP services on server DS153665 which might affect some websites from working correctly. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to correct the fault as soon as possible.

Planned Maintenance Schedule

We will be performing maintenance to our email and web hosting platform between the hours of 21:00 and 23:00 on the evening of Sunday 7th April.

As a result of this maintenance there will be a period when end users will be unable to access their mailboxes and incoming emails will be queued whilst the service is unavailable. No mail will be lost during this period.

Some sites will be temporarily unavailable during this time. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Email Service [RESOLVED]

We are performing a restart of our email services this morning due to some performance issues. We are expecting the service to be reinstated shortly.

Some customers might experience issues with connecting, sending and receiving emails using Central IT email and exchange servers during this period.

UPDATE @ 10:08: Services have been reinstated.
