System Update [Completed]

A system update will be applied at 20:00GMT tonight. All email, web and FTP services will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes.

Mail Server [Completed]

We have had to restart Mail Server 028 due to an unexpected error. The server will return to service shortly. Some customers may not be able to send or receive until the system goes back online.

UPDATE: The system is now back online.

FTP Server (for website access only) running slow [RESOLVED]

We are aware of a performance issue with one of our FTP servers. Some customers may not be able to access the FTP service or will find the service to be very slow. The issue only affects website access. We are currently trying to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Update: This issue has been resolved.

Issue with hosting services [RESOLVED]

There is currently a problem with one of our hosting servers which may cause issues with email and web services.

We are currently working on the problem and trying to resolve the situation.
