Email Service [RESOLVED]

We are performing a restart of our email services this morning due to some performance issues. We are expecting the service to be reinstated shortly.

Some customers might experience issues with connecting, sending and receiving emails using Central IT email and exchange servers during this period.

UPDATE @ 10:08: Services have been reinstated.

Email Hosting Server [RESOLVED]

We are currently aware of an issue with one of our mail servers. We are currently working on the problem and will update this post in due course.

During this time, you might not be able to send or receive email.

Update @ 12:20: this problem has now been resolved.

Central IT Telephone System Issues [RESOLVED]

Due to adverse weather conditions we are experiencing issues with our local BT exchange. Callers may hear an engaged tone when ringing our main office numbers.

BT are working to correct the problem. In the meantime, we advise all customers to email us using the following addresses:

helpdesk@centralit.co.uk for service matters.
info@centralit.co.uk for general enquires.
